Carelli International (“CI”) grants Press Members (“You”) a limited, non-exclusive right to view, download and distribute content specifically marked “For Distribution” or “Press Release.” For all other remaining content, CI grants You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to view content solely for informational purposes, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. By using the password to access the Press Members Site, you indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in the Press Registration and License Agreement and Press Account Administration Guidelines. You may not modify content in any way, reproduce or publicly display, post content on a website accessible by third parties, or otherwise distribute content to third parties in any form, except for content marked “For Distribution” or “Press Release.” No logo, graphic, blueprint, drawing, sound, image, or photographic image from this Site may be altered in any way or in any form unless expressly permitted by CI in writing.
